How is Autologous Plasma Therapy Performed?
We have a nurse injector on staff to perform our Autologous Plasma Therapy treatments and other dermal fillers and injectables. Dr. Mozaffari performs these treatments upon request. We also have an aesthetician who performs chemical peels, facials, and other medical spa treatments.
Your Autologous Plasma Therapy treatment starts with one of our clinical staff drawing a small amount of blood from a vein. The blood is processed to separate the components. The platelet-rich plasma is the uppermost layer. This is drawn into a syringe and injected into the treatment area.
